Your username is:
Your old member number starting with 'S' and replacing the end letter with a "0" then ending with your family extension.
Example: Old member number, 123456A - New member number S1234560-000 (Family extensions are Main - 000, Spouse-001, Child-002 etc.)
Your password is:
Your last name. Example:smith (all lower case)
We encourage you to update your account information after logging in by going to the "My Profile" page.
