Group Fitness Descriptions:

AM Kicker
Wake up with an invigoration conditioning class that will build strength and endurance. This class is guaranteed to kick start your morning with combinations of cardio, strength kickboxing, and drills. Each week new equipment will be used from weights, tubing, BOSU to create the complete body workout. All levels.
Body Pump
A 60 minute barbell workout that strengthens the entire body by challenging all major muscle groups. Great music, great instructors, QUICK RESULTS!
Cardio Kickboxing
A martial arts inspired cardio vascular workout that provides a challenging, intense workout. Shadowboxing, kicking, and jump ropes combine to make this a fun cross training workout.
Core Pilates 1
Build your abdominal, back, and shoulder strength, as well as lengthen and improve your flexibility with this class that is based on the essential mat work Joseph Pilates. A total body workout that will improve all aspects of your workouts. Prior attendence to an intro class is recommended but not required. All levels welcome. Fitness circles, bands, body bars, and BOSU are used.
Double Step
Two step platforms are used in this challenging cardiovascular workout that is twice as fun; it adds new dimensions to step aerobics for those that step experience.
Fitness Yoga
Develop good posture, strength, flexibility, and concentration as well as relaxation as you work through a series of postures. Breathing, balance, and visualization techniques are also incorporated. All levels welcome.
Fusion Yoga
Create a supple, toned, relaxed body and a calm, focused mind as you warm up with standing poses that bring strength and vitality to the body and then go through a series of flexibilty enhancing stretches. The class then concludes with a deep relaxation. All levels welcome.
Pilates Fusion
Build your abdominal, back, and shoulder strength, as well as lengthen and improve your flexibility with this class that combines the essential and intermediate and advanced exercises of the Joseph Pilates works. A total body workout that combines the use of fitness circles, bands, fitness balls, and BOSU. Prior attendence to an intro class or a private is recommended but not required. All levels welcome.
Power Pilates
A quicker paced pilates class that combines the use of the body bar for weight resistance at both the essential and intermediate levels of pilates. Some traditional core training methods are also incorporated making it a total body challenge. Prior attendence to a pilate class or a private is recommended but not required. BOSU may be used. All levels welcome.
Step Interval Training
A variable step intensity workout that combines step intervals with strength intervals to improve cardiovascular endurance. Tones the major muscle groups and burns calories. All levels welcome. Body bars, hand weights, exertubes, and BOSU are used.
Step Workout
This workout is for all levels. It improves cardiovascular endurance without impact. The step platform can be adjusted to modify intensity. The patterns on the bench are broken down and modifications are given and BOSU will be used at times,
Weight Resistance
This class is designed to strengthen, firm, and tone all the major muscle groups. Body bars, weights, tubes, and balls may be used. This class is great for all levels. BOSU is used.
Sports Conditioning
This class is designed to increase strength and endurance by using a fitness circuit with sports and strength movement. No choreography. All fitness levels welcome. BOSU will be used.
Strength & Balance
45 minutes of total body conditioning using the elements of weight resistance, balance, and pilates core work. Build bone density and improve strength, definition and balance. For all levels.
Total Body Conditioning
An all in one, high energy workout. Cardio and strength with high and low step and kickboxing intervals. Each week the workout will vary with different types of equipment. Guaranteed to jump start your body. For all levels.
Zumba
Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.  For all fitness levels.
